Dr. Kimberly Dawne Callegari, MD

Dr. Callegari has been my gynecologist for over 10 years. She is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. An extremely smart woman who will tell you what you need to hear for your health. She is always my first choice when her schedule allows.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor during my pregnancy. I saw her multiple times, and at each visit she seemed rushed and dismissive. Whenever I asked questions, I felt like I was bothering her rather than receiving proper care. Her level of professionalism was concerning. One of my lab results came back abnormal, yet she reassured me it was “fine” without proper explanation or follow-up. As a nurse practitioner myself, I knew this was not accurate. I had to repeatedly advocate for myself just to get the appropriate lab orders, which were only placed after significant pushback and unnecessary stress. Additionally, I was told that a ferritin level of 15 was normal, which is clearly not consistent with standard clinical understanding. This raised serious concerns about her clinical judgment. Overall, I found her to be rude, dismissive, and lacking both empathy and attention to patient concerns. I would not recommend her to patients seeking attentive and… knowledgeable care, especially during something as important as pregnancy.

Dr. Callegari is a knowledgeable physician who cares about her patients.

Dr. Callegari is knowledgeable and able to explain procedures and options. She answered all of my, and my husband's questions with ease and with patience. (Wonderful to find in a doctor when everyone is scheduled so tightly.) Her staff reflects her organization and caring.
