Dr. Kimberly A Schisler, DO

Dr. S frustrates me. I have diabetes but she just monitors my twice a year labs and ups my meds. She does nothing to help me understand my results and how to correct them. I want to tell her this, but complaining puts anyone on a defensive stance and that is not where I want her.

Prompt, friendly, and informative. diagnosis my problem quickly and ran appropriate tests to prove it. Appreciate getting quality care.

I was one of dr. Vehicle's patients in the latter part of the 90's. In the beginning, when I first met her, I thought she was nice. She was always smiling, or so I thought. Then I learned it wasn't a smile, it was a smirk. She was kinda laughing at me with every visit. I am diabetic, and my blood sugars were running at 600 and over, and I was scared. She didn't do much to help me. I hate taking shots, but I begged her to put me on one, just for a bit, to get my diabetes under control. She wouldn't. She was never in her office when I ran into a problem, even if it was in the early part of the day. When I finally consulted an endicrinologist, who, by the way, helped me more than she ever did, she dropped me as a patient. She's a doctor who's only in it for the money; she doesn't care about people. She is a very cold person.
