Comically horrible.

My mother is very happy with Dr. Sussman and her staff. She is knowledgeable, listens to our concerns, and appointments are handled quickly with little to no wait times. Highly recommend.

If you need a second or third class medical certificate, then avoid her like the plague. She may be OK as a physician but she has no idea what she is doing as an AME. She denied my certificate because she doesn't know the process and was on the phone with the FAA repeatedly to have them tell jer what to do. I was referred for a special issuance which after 9 months was told by the FAA that it wasn't needed and a standard certificate was issued. A real waste of time and unnecessary agravation

If you want a doctor who really cares about you go to Dr. Kimbrly Sussman. I have full confidents with her medical experience, expertise and diagnosis. Thank you, Doctor!

Excellent physician. Very attentive and thorough. Extremely personable.

Very efficient Telemedicine appointment. Had an issue and there were no appointments available, and I did not want to go to an urgent care. Dr Sussman agreed to do an after-hours Telemedicine visit. She went through a series of questions and immediately understood what was going on and sent in a prescription and it took care of my problem.

Dr Sussman is the best. She always has the answers and spends time answering my questions and explaining so I can understand. Love her.
