Dr. Kimberly Shannon Wallace, MD

Dr. Wallace has consistently been a superb physician for my family & friends alike over the years. We all love her warm and welcoming personality & bedside manner as well as her professionalism, knowledgeability, and evident compassion about her patients. Her front desk team has not always been as consistently rave-worthy, but she has taken time to address her patients’ concerns in a manner that has eliminated almost every grievance we previously experienced from the administrative team. They have been doing very well over the past 2-3 years and it’s no longer such a hassle to engage with the front desk staff, thanks to her efforts.

Trying to schedule an appointment and the receptionist is not understanding or accommodating. I’m writing this because receptionist are the FIRST people a patient will talk to schedule an appointment. Rudeness should not be a part of the job when patients are in need of care. It just leaves a very BITTER taste. The doctors at this location may be very good but the receptionist will never allow you to know because of the initial conversation. First impression is very important. I recommend staff training

Dr. Wallace is a great person, I have been going to her for many years!! She has a awesome personality and always takes her time with you, never feel rushed!! We both have our good laughs together. Her personality and her smile makes my day!!!??

She is the best doctor I have ever been to and i am 57 years old.

I was Dr. Wallace's first patient when she was still in medical school, and i am still with her. I travel 30 miles and 3 counties to see her. She is understandind, compasionate, smart as all get out, thorough, and does not have the arrogant holier than thou attitude. You can talk to her about anything and she is not judgemental. Overall she is Fabulous, and if you did not use her, you have made a big boo-boo

My experience with Dr. Wallace is one of the best I've ever had with a doctor. She was prompt (within 10 minutes of my appointment ) and even apologized for making me wait a few minutes. She was thorough, listened to my concerns, provided excellent advice, and called me personally with the results of my blood work. I couldn't have wished for a more caring doctor. I am truly grateful I found her.

Dr. Wallace is a superb doctor who truly cares for her patients. I have referred a number of family members to her and everyone agrees. She spends the time to answer all of your questions - I have never felt rushed when she sees me, which means a lot nowadays. She isn't one to ignore a problem - she will refer you to whoever she thinks can help, and won't give up until a problem is solved.

Dr. Wallace is an excellent physician; she is thorough, personable, caring, and is open to answering questions. She also provides advice and takes her time in making sure all of the information conveyed is understood. Dr. Wallace also follows up in a timely manner. She is great! Actually, all of the doctors in this female practice are truly exceptional.

She is friendly and surprisingly easy to talk to. She doesn't rush you and allows you to actually tell her what you think.
