This business has been running a prescription scam to make more money on patients buying contacts through them only. Not only did I pay for eye exam which covered my glasses and contact prescription, I have been waiting for my contact prescription since September 2022. This is against the law, and in accordance with the FTC, a ophthalmologist must provide the patient the same day with their prescription. When I tried requesting my contact prescription today told me “the doctor still has to sign it and she’s not here today.” Avoid this business, as they will be in a class action suit soon.

Terrible! Don’t go there. Messed up my contact prescription and then argued and blamed me. Finally found my records and still treated me rudely. Then filled the form out incorrectly so I still have no contacts. Dr. Harrington was great but she no longer works there, wonder why! Find another practice Wise eye care only want your money, no customer service!

Loved Dr. Ray, but check out person was not who I would want in my office. She said she could tell I wasn't a morning person by just looking at me. Not sure what that meant, but someone didn't teach her good manners. She made several comments that will keep me from going back. Again, Dr. Ray was kind and professional.

I started see Dr. KIMBERLY WISE in 2004 as I had Shingles on the top of my head and down to my eye. It had cut my Cornea. My daughter's checked me out of the hospital and took me to see her everyday until it has got better. She was very concerned with it being in my eye. I am now seeing her again with dry eye in that same eye as the Shingles was in. I trust her and her staff that is taking thats are of me. So I give Dr. KIMBERLY WISE 5??????????

Dr. Wise saved my husbands eye! With proper diagnosis and quick action she immediately referred him to the Dean McGee Institute for elite medical treatment.

I have been a patient since Dr. Wise arrived in Norman. Excellent manner, personable and focused.
