Dr. Kimberly A Zobal, MD

This woman has a history of addiction as well as a DWI. She should not allowed to be a doctor. Look her up on the Texas Medical Board.

I’ve been going to Dr. Zobal since she took over the practice in Montgomery. She always has a smile and a great person to person skill that makes you feel comfortable. She spends the time with you talking about diagnosis of lab reports and treatment plans in the where you understand. Would recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been going to Dr. Zobal for years. She spends a great deal of time in the room with you talking about diagnosis and tx plans. I’m in the medical field, I can tell you this amount of time and care is very hard to come by these days. Office and staff are small, it is a quaint little practice. If you’re looking for a good family doctor this is the place for sure. If you want an office that has a great deal of employees so you can have things instantly drive 30 minutes down the road. This office is one of the good ‘ol days type. The staff is great and hard working and will do their jobs but they can’t get it all done instantly.

Shirley at the front office is very personable. Love seeing her. Dr. Zobal knows her stuff and is very thorough. Listens to you and makes sure all your questions are answered.

I had the worst experience with the front desk lady, Julie. When a mix up with my insurance happened the day of my appointment she became very defensive and unhelpful. I showed up 25 mins before my appt (appt made 3 days earlier, insurance not verified athat that time) she attempted to verify my insurance. She claimed they were not covered however my husbands system showedoes they were. After her telling me she couldn't help me I caked from my car. Insurance then conferenced her in to inform her I was in fact covered. I walked back in, it was now 10 mins past my appointment and she refused to have me seen telling me, "I have appt behind you". So you send away a patient who's been here 30 mins for patients who might show up later?!?! She was beyond unhelpful and I left in tears. I have never dealt with people like this! Very rude and unaccomodating.

I was sent to a specialist ortho surgeon.The day before my appointment I was told there was no referral when I called at 11.45 got answer machine called at 1.30 got answer machine I was told later they close half day on Friday BUT THEY LEFT ME HANGING I wouldn't go here

Was not impressed. She took over my Dr.s practice. First comment was a negative view about my insurance. Not friendly or helpful.
