Dr. Kingsley Onyewuchi Ofoegbu, MD

I couldn't even get the opportunity to see the actual doctor due to her incompetence and lack of professionalism. I had already made an appointment and needed to reschedule and she gave me the date, and didn't realize that was on a Sunday so I called back immediately to clarify and she didn't answer the phone. A few days later, I called back to clarify the date, and she told me to hold and immediately hung out on me. I called back, she put me on hold, and when I asked for the date clarification, she gave me a day that was a MONTH from when it was supposed to be. I told her this, and then, (she abruptly cuts me off) and then she proceeds to give me the date that I was originally scheduled, I told her this, and she become even more rude, irate, and condescending. So, I just told her to cancel the appointment. I will just have to find another PCP. Don't even bother.

I've been with Doctor Ofoegbu for more than 12 years. He managed all my problems efficiently and with tremendous care. My diabetes, my cholesterol, and my overall health are under control because of him. Although, getting to him through their receptionist is a task by itself since she is rude and take her time to answer the phone sometimes even argues with no reason. I recommend Doctor Ooegbu to anyone.
