39 weeks pregnant and she does not take into consideration my symptoms and was almost in tears. Pretty Much laughed in my face when I had asked about being induced, Having terrible back pain and none of my concerns were addressed properly. I honestly cannot stand these Dr's in this practice.. I will not be returning. I guess it takes to be extremely overweight and not take care of your body in order to even be considered induced at 39 weeks. If someone has had past history of big babies and no movement on laboring on there own, you should re-consider inducing after 37 weeks. Baby is considered FULL TERM at 37 weeks!

She is the most cold doctor I have ever met. As nervous as I was for my first appointment, she didn't even smile or look me in the eyes when entering the room. The first question she asks me is "Do you have any questions for me?" I told the nurse that I was there for my first type of contraceptives. She's supposed to be the doctor advising me on my options! I had no clue what I was doing or what questions to ask. While the visit continued, we disagreed on my treatment option. Instead of explaining and discussing other options, she rudely stated it is her right as a doctor to refuse to treat me as a patient. Definitely don't go to her if you want an open-minded, compassionate doctor because you will not get it from her.

Do not waste your time going to her. she is cold and has a terrible bed side manner. Refused to do a simple letter that would help us get a medication at less of a cost. I am in the medical field and do these things for our patients all the time. She's lazy and patient care is definitely not her top priority.

I went to Dr Berger after having some concerns regarding my period that really stressed me out. I ended up becoming tearful explaining how concerned I was and apologized for being tearful since I was going through alot. Her response was to call the inpatient psych hospital and ask them for help. Seriously?! I've never been so insulted in my entire life.. Never been dismissed so coldly. Just because I had a moment doesnt mean I need to be screened to see if I need inpatient psych help. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that has better bedside manner.

Dr. Berger was the on-call MD when I was giving birth to our second child. She was new to the practice at that time and I did not know much about her. During labor, we needed to switch to an emergency cesarean. Dr. Berger gave me this news and of course I was panicking because of such a mix of emotions including fear. Dr. Berger spent a few minutes (that's all we had since it was an emergency) explaining why, holding my hand and reassuring me that everything would be okay. She performed the cesarean along with another surgeon and everything went well. Her calm demeanor, her compassion and her honesty about the severity of the situation helped calm and comfort me. I am so grateful for the care she provided and her follow-up before she left for the day. I will definitely try to secure her as my doctor for a repeat cesarean!

This woman shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine.She has ZERO bedside manner. That's ok if you are a genius, but she is not. She has zero idea what she is talking about. You couldn't pay me money to have another baby with this hack.
