Dr. Kiran Kamal Singh Bath

I am so thankful I was referred to Dr Bath! She is very knowledgeable, asks many questions, let’s the patient as questions and most importantly, she discusses and explains her thoughts. She summarizes well and allows you to be a part of deciding on treatment and not just throwing a script at you without your input. During my visit and her “investigation” you can tell her “wheels” were turning as she came up with a treatment plan and backup plan. After years of hearing that there was nothing else to do and just to let it “ride out” I am pleased to have been referred to someone that is so cerebral and open minded! Hoping this plan works out, if not I know she has a backup plan in her back pocket! Thank you, Dr Bath!

Have seen Dr. Bath a few times. Each time the wait gets longer. This time we arrived 30 mins early. After an hour wait I inquired, they said we were next. 15 mins later they said we were next again. I told them to cancel the appointment and that I would inform the Insurance company not to pay a office visit.

The staff in this office is incompetent. I was in front of the assistant, Kaylen, when Dr. Bath told her to put in the request to see another doctor. We even discussed the name of the doctor. Over a week later I get a call thinking it was regarding the approval, BUT instead it was a different assistant in the name of Kisha(?) who called to ask if she were to make that request or not. First off, why are you not asking the doctor??? It's bad enough they told me I would have to wait up to 2 weeks for an approval, now it's being delayed b/c of unqualified people working in the office. Dr. Bath is at fault as well. I never received a followup call and she should have known the request wasn't made b/c she never signed off on it.
