Dr. Kiran Chary Tamirisa, MD

I've had 3 back surgeries and have had multiple injections, epidurals, RF Ablations, you name it. I have chronic pain and nothing helps. Tamirisa is the WORST Pain Mgt. Doctor I have EVER been to. He is very condescending and treats His patients like dirt. He told me "oh, just do some physical therapy", and treated me like the pain is all in my head. I will NEVER go back to this smug Doctor!!!

This guy is a joke!!! All of these pain management doctors anymore are so concerned with doing injections these injections do not work for me and when you tell them that they do not want to help you. The reason they want to do these injections is clear they get a significant amount of money for them....The money game continues to win over patient care! This guy does not want to help you out unless you want to do therapy and injections. I have been on pain medication for years it would be nice to have a doctor actually take their time listen to your concerns and try to compromise with you. If you love injections, exercising, and physical therapy he is the best doctor for you , if all of those things do not work my advice is do not waste your time coming to him!! The least he could have done was lube up a finger and slip it into my rectum, at least I wouldn't have wasted two and a half hours of my time!

This man is more worried about money and his license and his nurse practitioner Joyce Guiness is also nothing but about the pill count and the urine test and if you might have taken maybe a few over in other words they do not listen to you I tried a few months ago to let them know that my medicine was not helping me I just got the runaround and you are only in there for say close to 10 minutes if you're lucky then they're on to the next person they do not ask you nor do they read the charts that you have to fill out every time you have to come there because if they had read them they would have seen a few months ago that I was telling them that the medicine was not helping me anyways long story short I am now getting kicked out of it and I want to know the real reason why!!!

Very bad bedside manner. Tried to argue with me they I had diabetes when I don't. Raised his voice at me. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia by 3 different drs and he told me the only thing wrong with me was I needed to exercise. Are you serious? What an awful Dr. He gave me a dirty look when I mentioned God. There was nothing about this man that was professional and I would not even refer to him as being a Dr. Very arrogant

He said i didn't have Fibromyalgia , After i told him i had got tested in 2008 and he didn't want to give him nothing for pain , it was a waste of time very poor doctor in my opinion and made me feel bad for having pain .

I found this doctor took time in explaining the problem with help of models. He was frank in telling me what can be done.

This Dr. was to busy to take time to listen to me. I don't have much respect for a Dr. that will say he dumb, and does not know what to do for me. He said I was wasting his time. Blew me off without telling me anything, said he was to busy to fill out the needed paper work for insurance to cover the pills he was going to give me.Follow up was done by his LPN, she was great but she can only do so much without the Dr's ok.

I am sorry, I found this doctor more interested in procedures and money than listening to my problems
