Dr Kiran Tipirneni, MD

Dr. Tipirneni is wonderful! He’s a very knowledgeable doctor, with a gentle, kind demeanor. He implanted an Inspire Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulator in me for sleep apnea. I had and still have complete confidence in him as my doctor. His staff is nice and accommodating also. I never have to wait long to see him.

I've been seeing Dr. Tipireni for many years, and although there are others in the practice, I feel I only want to see him. I feel I have a repore with him, though I only see him annually. He does explain all to me.

He understood my problem and prescribed the required tests.

Dr Tipernini has a kind demeanor and has been right on with helping me with my problems.

I was taken back quickly. But it could be because I had an appointment with Dr Rodney 3 days before and I waited in the lobby for over an hour before they told me she was running way behind and if I wanted to reschedule.

Listened, checked me and records. Came to reasonable decisions. Thank you!

I visit every 5 to 6 months for cleaning of my ears as have small ear canals. I have great admiration for Dr Tipirneni. He is always very pleasant and if necessary will answer any question I might have in a very professional manner with a smile. Also, I feel very comfortable with every visit. I might add very friendly too.

Visited the office for a nasal issue. Felt like I was treated like cattle, rushed in where an assistant filled out a questionnaire on a computer and waited for Dr. Tipirneni. He came in and was lukewarm, asked a few questions and looked in my nose, rattling off numbers to his assistant. Put his instrument down and informed me he was going to write two prescriptions without giving any diagnosis. I asked a question about symptoms, he shrugged and said they could be related, might not be. Whole lot of help that was. Might has well just stuck to google as I got more information from that. Spent over an hour at the office in total while his entire visit lasted 4 minutes and I left with just as many questions as I walked in with. If my prescriptions clear up the issue I'll revisit with 3 stars, but if they don't work then consider this a 1 star review. Needs to be trained in some bedside manner and how to make a patient feel like a person and not just another insurance carrying customer… to get in and out regardless of how confused they are about what is going on.

I have been a patient of the Winter Park Ear, Nose, and Throat group for 25 years. I have seen almost every doctor and Jeff, the PA, in that group many, many times and have had great experiences with all of them. The office staff, too, is caring, patient and helpful. I have NEVER been treated in any way other than with respect and kindness. In fact, last time I was in the Altamonte Office, I asked to see the Office Manager so I could compliment her on her staff. Not until recently did I start going soley to one doctor - Dr. Tipirneni. My last procedure was Balloon Sinuplasty performed by Dr. Tipirneni. He had seen me for some other work, and I thought him thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. He came highly recommended from friends and other doctors. I had been suffering from infected sinuses off and on all my life. I can say the outcome of the Sinuplasty was amazing (the recovery for me was painful, but others I had spoken with didn't have that problem - sadly,… I'm incredibly sensitive to pain). I have hardly any sinus headaches now and so far this year no infections. I can breathe so much better that I wish this had been offered 20 years ago. Dr. Tipirneni will be my ENT doctor in this group from now in. I just went to the ENT's site to find out if I had spelled his name correctly and saw there was a video of him. I enjoyed watching it and learning about his family and the reason he came to Winter Park. He is from Ohio and I had to smile - some of my best friends came from Ohio. They are the most down to earth honest bunch of people, I know. Dr. Tipirneni is now counted in that bunch. He is a well educated physician AND a fine person.

Incompetent office staff=total waste of time. I scheduled an appointment for my son to be seen by the Dr for his TMJ issues (and made sure to ask if they say patients for this) & only got 1 call after scheduling to push the appointment back by an hour. When my family arrived there (after traveling 45 minutes in traffic) we were informed that they don't treat TMJ in that office! Waste of gas, time, & breath. They weren't even very apologetic. Whoever scheduled this appointment should be fired.
