Dr. Kirit C Shah, MD

Dr. Kirit Shah has been my PCP for the past TEN years, and has been a great physician. He is thorough, cautious, and accommodating, the total opposite of his office manager/wife Sonal Shah. She will cancel your appointments and try to redirect you to urgent care because they are to busy (because she over booked patients). She cancelled our appointment when we had one, and when asked why? She said cuz we are just to busy... so I guess she can pick and choose who Dr. Shah sees, interfering with his patient care. She loves to argue, yell and give excuses for her careless mistakes. As much as I’d love to keep Dr. Kirit Shah as my PCP, I had to find a new one due to the verbal abuse, neglect, delay in care and getting the run around from his office manager/wife. I don’t know if Dr. Shah is aware and I never brought it up to him, because he does take care of us when we do see him. He would tell us our plan of care, but his office manager would always drop the ball by ordering the wrong… X-ray or not ordering it at all or not telling us a referral was denied until we would follow up. After seeing Dr. Shah, he said he would request for a chest and sinus X-ray. Being an HMO patient, referrals can take awhile to get approved, with that, the office manager told us she sent my husbands referral over to Arcadia Radiology but never did. I had to contact her several times to follow up, and when she finally sent the referral over, she only requested for a chest X-ray, which we didn’t find out until we got there. I contacted her after and she got upset at us for her negligence, further delaying his care. I’ve had enough of her unprofessionalism and work ethics. I definitely would not recommend coming here because it’s not worth the headache, frustration, and negligence from the office manager, Sonal.

This is NOT a good doctors office, and the receptionist is a liar. This is one of the worst places that I have ever been to, and they need to be investigated, and shut down. They give you the runaround, give false information, and fail to do their duty. I do not know about the ACTUAL doctor, but that office lady is full of it.

This is the worst Dr's office I have ever been to!! I'm not sure if its the Dr or the office manager/his wife that makes the rules but it seems like they dont care about the well being of the patience's but rather what they can collect from the insurance!!

when I called to speak to physician a day after seeing him, the staff says he doesn’t do that!!!! Really...the front desk staff couldn’t understand even one word of common spoken language.

The staff has no empathy, no concern for the patients condition. Horrible experience

I looked in Directory of Md for city of Arcadia, Sinus n Allergies specialist..i talk to 2 different people in his office.I clearly explained my problem about me not been able to breath..i offer staff to fax my information so they would have it n they could call me with an appt..I receive a call from lets say the office Manager she give me appt for the next day, she even suggested that if I could not breath to go to emergency. Therefore there were no doubts of my complaint n why I was looking for specialist I show up the next day...i fill out forms, sign I even provided my ins card again...i faxed it the previous day , for his office to verify benefits..Anyways they take me inside a room n the staff asks me what is the problem n asks me if i want MD Shah to be my PCP.. ( my MD) I said no..I already have a DR..she sends office manager n asks me why I am there? I explained the day before n is on the paperwork i just filled out for them???? Right that is what i thought...when I… tell her Again why I am there she assures me that he is Family practice Internal , i explained that is not what we spoke the day before..i was clear the day before..but he can referred you to a specialist..if u want him to be your primary DR.i said i already got a PCP.....what she said next blew me away...she said i guess next is And showed me the door...like to get out..i thought that was so rude instead of apologizing. She looked at me as if i was the one ghat made the mistake..I Talked to this people..the day before....they are so unprofessional. ..she was sarcastic that i was in the wrong...it is sad that people really can't be more professional. Instead of apologizing n referred me to an MD..they are the one's made the appt.i truly cannot believe this MD is not aware of his staff..specially the manager or whomever this front lady is..so unfriendly..very unpleasant ..I would not recommend this MD nor would I ever consider switching Doctors. No wonder office was empty.

I cannot believe any doctors office staff can be that bad. Never ever go to this doctors office. Such a bad service and no human values this office people has. very bad experience.

DR is really good at talking, listening at patient's problems very patiently. But slow in diagnisis. In total no satisfaction and fast cure in treatments.
