Dr. Kirsten Elizabeth Jensen, MD

Dr. Jensen was knowledgeable and helpful. Wait times were never long and I received individual attention from her. My pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage, unfortunately (through no fault of Dr. Jensen's) and I had a D&C. She did it right in the office and never offered me the option of being sedated. She gave me a xanax and a vicodin beforehand which didn't come close to being enough. It wasn't until after that I learned that it's normal to be put under for this type of procedure. It was truly excruciating and I wish we had discussed that option. Also, the billing office is HORRIBLE. I am still being billed for thousands of dollars that were never even submitted to my insurance company, when they have ensured me I am fully covered. I wouldn't go back to her for the billing experience alone.
