Zero stars for front desk. Waited a month for an appointment and they were not able to contact me and tell me my appointment got canceled. This is where staff goes above and beyond to make sure they get ahold of a patient to say sorry we've cancelled your appointment. No excuses, they have my email, phone number, text .

I really wanted to like Dr. Rojas and this where she practices. My family doctor referred me to her. I read all the reviews and decided to ignore all the negative ones. A big mistake! So many things are wrong with the staff, how they treat the patients, and the very tight schedule Dr. Rojas seems to have. She should not take on more patients and make the effort to give proper care and attention to those she does take on. I'm so, so disappointed.

She is an amazing Dr who actually takes her time with patient and make sure they receive the best treatment available. Wait time maybe a bit longer but she's worth all the wait in the world.

Dr. Rojas was a much needed mellow presence in the delivery room. She did everything she could to make me as comfortable as possible. My son had the unbiblical cord wrapped around his neck. Dr. Rojas was quick and decisive. Using an episiotomy she cut the cord and delivered him safely without injury to him. The episiotomy itself required minimal recovery time. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Kirsten Rojas.

Dr. Rojas filled in for my regular doctor during my delivery - while she gave me an excellent C Section, her bedside manner and approach to child birth is nowhere close to natural. Run away and find a different doctor if you want a natural and calm childbirth.

Kirsten and Joseph Rojas are very good doctors in the sense that they are smart educated doctors who will fix you if you are broken. When it comes to running their business they are completely unethical. They under staff the office. The employees they do have are over worked. The doctors are constantly overbooking and when they decide they don't want to see that many patients in a day or just take the day off all together they instruct their office staff to call their patients last minute "lie to them" tell them they have a delivery or surgery when in fact they are just taking the day off. They are so cheep that they have stopped sending patients letters with their test results and now require them to log onto a computer system and read a message with their test results even their senior patients. The office staff discusses patients medical records amongst each other. The doctors make fun of patients out in the open after their appointments. They only refer patients to doctors they… are friends with then send each other presents at Christmas for all the referrals. Patients are constantly criticizing the office staff claiming that they are incompetent, what they fail to realize is that all of the office policies that you hate so much are set by the doctors who own the practice. The only reason you cannot get a live person right away is because they only hire one person to answer the phone but that's not all she does she's doing the work of 5 people while trying to maintain good customer service over the phone just because the doctors who you revere are to cheep to hire a sufficient amount of staff to handle the high volume of patients they see. Dr. Kirsten on average books 3 patients ever 15 minutes up to 45 people a day, the average wait time is 2.5 hours not because you are waiting on the staff because you are waiting on the greedy doctor whose probably in her office shopping online. The end.

Worst annual visit I have ever had. I waited over 2 HOURS before being seen!!!!!!!!!!!!Dr Kirsten Rojas was a good doctor, and the office is beautiful, but that is it. Everything was a hassle! When you call, you spend 5 minutes to get the right extension, and then you DONT get a person you get a machine. They take FOREVER to call you back, and sometimes DONT. They order a slew of unnecessary tests and followup visits. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! What a waste of time and money (which is pretty precious these days). They obviously are understaffed and overworked and greedy beyond belief to accept so many patients they cannot provide ANY customer service. Find another ob/gyn, trust me!

Since I was 17 years old I have had female problems. I'd been poked, prodded, bled out, told I was crazy and more. Upon visiting Dr. Rojas, she was determined to find the origin of my issues and did so in record time. She diagnosed me with a prognosis that was devestating, and has done everything I could ever have imagined possible and then some to make the challenge as easy to bear for my family and me. She empathizes with the painful biopsies, she researched the oncologist she referred me to and keeps in touch with him regularly on my status. She saved my life by being so thorough, and she's not one to messa round when things need to get done. I respect her immensly and am thankful she chose this profession.
