Dr. Kisha Michelle Chase Lawton, MD

Dr. Lawton is an excellent doctor. She's is very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. I've been going to her for years and always pleased with the care I receive. I highly recommend her!

Many people find it hard to connect with a doctor who may or may not understand how a patient may feel. Asking someone to change how they've done things many years is not something that comes easy. But when you doctor is supportive and is your number one cheer leader - it makes you feel good about change and lets you know that you can do the impossible. Dr. Chase encourages you to live and want to live your best healthy life. She doesn't judge you - if you fall, she'll say just get back up and start again. She'll say you can do it . . . . Sometimes those words of encouragement is golden! She listens and gives great advice as well - her care for her patients really shows and I believe that separates her from other doctors with the get you in and out method. She makes sure your concerns are addressed before you leave her office and sometimes she'll give you a pick-me-up hug.

I visited Dr. Chase Lawton at her Johns Hopkins office in Waldorf Md. She was so kind and understanding of my fear and embarrassment. She made me feel so much better after telling her I had not seen a physician in about 5 years. My last doctor was so rude and had no bedside manner I never went back. I am so relieved to have found Dr. Lawton that I can now start to get better, she informed me that I was pre-diabetic and urged me to change my life style, and provided information to help me on my journey.
