This Doctor is having 35 plus years of experience , when you talk to him, you can see that. He is great and humble doctor I have ever seen in my life. he has great knowledge of his field. he makes you comfortable if you have tension, especially in your last weeks or last days before baby arrive. he suggest good medicine and or healthy tips while in pregnancy. He talks to you like you are his family member. earning dollars from patient is apart, but he is great doctor with great knowledge, I surely recommend this doctor.

thought he was a good dr. until he now refuses me becauce of no insurance, his office really needs an up grade , its terrible and his staff is horrible and rude.....time to retire Lakhani

dr lakhani delivered my baby and the experience was good. however, his staff, particularly Katie, literally bullied us into making an advance payment. my insurance said this is totally wrong and uncalled for. now, once my insurance has paid all their claims, and i have excellent insurance, Katie refuses to refund the check amount. Infacect, whenever I have called her about the refund, she tries to scare me y saying that infact, I would soon be receiving more bills from the doc's office as I had a c-section. When I called insurance, they said the doctor has NO BUSINESS charging anything upfront, except co-pay, which I did not have. have lost the money I paid. very unfair and incorrect.Also, doctor himself many a time crosses the line between doctor-ly advice and personal comments, observations that can be highly unwelcome for both the patient and her partner.

Dr. Lakhani is a skilled and experienced doctor. He gives full attention to his patients. He is very knowledgeable and a compassionate doctor.I give full marks to the doctor, but NOT to his facility and the staff. The facility he works in is somewhat shady. They don't even have the gowns for the patients. They just hand a paper sheet to cover up. However, the worst thing about the doctor is his staff. They are very unprofessional and rude when it comes to payments. They force patients for advance payments and give them hard time refunding after insurance honors their claims. They sometimes also refuse to file claims with insurance unless you pay in advance. They harass the patients for petty sum of money. I have even heard of horror stories where they forced someone to pay in advance the day she was undergoing the surgery.My recommendation is to avoid this doctor until he gets rid of his staff starting with their boss Katie.
