I would not go to him again nor would I recommend him. Does not listen and already comes to see you with a conceived opinion on your situation without seeing all the evidence. Please do yourself a favor a see another Dr.

Dr Sehgal is an amazing hematologist. He made us feel comfortable from very fist visit. He is very thorough in diagnosing the problems and takes his time to talk to you answer any questions and address all your concerns with more then just yes and no answers. He explains everything and treats you like an equal. The staff is always friendly to us as well. I have nothing but good things to say I would recommend him to anyone I knew needing his type of expertise

We had a great first time visit with Dr. Sehgal yesterday! He spent an HOUR with us and answered all of our questions! He was so patient and not hurried with my husband. WE ARE SO THANKFUL.

I could not get his staff to schedule me for one Xgeva shot. They did not return phone calls, They left a fax for treatment from My oncologist at CTCA in their "fax'basket for three days, and never picked it up! I was seen back at CTCA as soon as I called for appointment. Thanks for the runaround ,poor staff people

I went to him when I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I had a colon resection and a liver resection. There is always a wait. I left my first scheduled appointment prior to chemo because after 90 minutes I could no longer sit in the waiting room and had to reschedule. They charged me to complete my disability forms. I provided a stamped envelope, but they never mailed the forms. I had to go pick them up and mail them myself. When I finally had my a round of chemo, I was charged for additional time in the chair because of course I had to wait until I could get hooked up. They charged my insurance $14,000 for the one treatment and my portion was $1,400. I was sick for 3 weeks so I decided not to continue with chemo. I was already frail from having two major surgeries and I knew without nutrition, I would die. I told him I didn't want to continue with chemo so he got angry. He walked out and told me, although all of my tumors were removed, my cancer was in my blood and it would… be back and I wouldn't last a year. That was 2013. I sought out a naturopathic doctor to have Vitamin C IV therapy. The naturopathic treatment wasn't covered by my insurance but at $120 an IV, it was a lot less that $1,400. Currently I am still tumor free and my CEA #s are 2.1.

He is RUDE!! Not a doctor I would EVER RECOMMEND!!

I am a 36 year old female that was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. When i called Dr Sehgals office on a Monday morning after my surgeon told me my results, they made arrangements to see me the next day. I was apprehensive because i was already scared out of my mind and had waited for what seemed like forever to have my surgery done. I went in feeling overwhelmed and hopeless, I have 2 small children and didnt know what my future would be. That was five years ago now and i am happy to say that I am doing very well!!! I know that this would not have been possible without the expertise and care i recieved by Dr Sehgal and his staff, they always gave me hope and made me feel like i could beat this. He has always answered every question i have ever had and I know that i would not have had such a good experience through my cancer story without Dr Sehgal. I reccomend him to anyone who is looking for wonderful, knowledgeable and caring oncologist!!!!!!

An oncologist is to guide you through one of the most difficult times. This man is not the one to do that. The arrogance abounds. He is rude, obnoxious, belligerent and displays temper. No questions will be answered, as we are not intelligent enough. An informed patient is their own best advocate. With this man, you are never to ask a question and if you do, you are interupted and shutdown. It is sad that this man adds to your stress and frustration. Please, find another to help you through your illness.
