I didn't have an implant yet but will be using Dr. Gromov when I'm ready. I consulted him on a periodontal matter. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and informative, he refunded my deposit when I decided to hold off on the procedure...no sales pitch, no scare tactic, no pressure. Implants come with many risks that aren't necessarily the fault of the clinician. It is key to get someone with experience and extensive training, like Dr. Gromov. Paired with his demonstrated level of integrity, he is among the good ones out there. And I've personally been to more dentists than I ever want to again.

Lost an implant (1 of 2) installed by Dr. Gromov because of the following reasons: 1) the installed tooth was swinging in a couple of weeks, and 2) I wasn't properly instructed about crown installation. No particular appointment was set for me. As a result, I missed an installation for an extra 6 months and had to wait additional time due to his clinic switching. When I visited his office, he gave me an estimate for an additional $4k to replace his improper work and treat the infection. On top of that, on the day the implant was installed, Dr. Gromov insisted that it should be done on the same day as the extraction. He installs implants, perhaps professionally, but doesn't offer any warranty for them. Beware!

DR. GROMOV IS THE BEST DENTAl SPECIALIST IN ILLINOIS!! I am also a dentist and I can only trust my teeth to a true professional. And I know all the insides and outs of the dental care. While many dentists can be sweet and have a great bedside manner to earn your business - you don't really know if they providing an outstanding quality of care. Being a dentist myself I can truly say that Dr. Gromov is PHENOMENAL at what he does! Not only he has a great and comforting bedside manner, but also his work is beyond EXCELLENT! In addition the office is very clean and modern, the staff is very pleasant and everyone is on top of taking all the extra precautions regarding COVID-19! You can't go wrong with Dr. Gromov! Check out for yourself!
