Dr. Kristal Nichole Reed, MD

Dr. Reed is the absolute WORST! QTC contracted this provider to conduct my VA exam and she did not conduct an actual exam. I sat in her office for over an hour in SILENCE while she just typed on the computer. She didn’t ask me about ANYTHING other than when I was diagnosed with something. Her report was filled with conflicting information. She literally didn’t conduct an actual exam.

VA stay AWAY! This physician is the WORST!! She did not conduct a physical exam. She just sat i the office for over an hour typing in silence. She didn’t ask me any questions.

My husband and I became patients about 5 years ago. At that time we lived about 5 miles from the Smyrna, TN office, but have since moved over 50 miles away, however we continue to keep Dr. Reed as our PCP. We think she’s the BEST. She has always listened to us and reacted promptly to our needs. She has a wonderful staff especially Mr Reed. He’s so kind and friendly to us that it almost feels like we’re going to visit friends. There was one staff member that didn’t seem to fit in like the rest, seemed pushy and abrasive and wouldn’t listen, but she is no longer there. Thank you, Dr Reed!!! Keep up the good work, and we will never complain about driving a few extra miles. She has kept these two seniors mobile and functioning and I might add (me) about 40 pounds lighter.

We love Dr. Reed and her staff! No matter what we go for there is always an answer or help given. If problems arise they are worked out quickly. We are very satisfied with this office to meet our medical needs. C. Shipley

Its close, staff is friendly and efficient. Information is quick and accurate. I've never felt like I couldn't tell my doctor something.

I just did a review on Dr Reed and her awesome staff; however, I neglected to mention Karen, who handles her front office. Karen does an amazing job and she is always very pleasant and professional. It’s a very busy job and she is excellent at what she handles everything efficiently! I know as I’ve done her job before I retired!????????

We have been coming to Dr. Reed fir 5 years since moving down here from Maine. We have always found Dr. Reed and her staff to be very welcoming and professional. I especially love Shane’ as she does such a great job taking my blood. She doesn’t take it until she’s absolutely sure she has a vein. This has been very traumatic for me in the past as they would poke and probe until they found a vein - very difficult. Shane’ is the best I have ever had!????????

Have been a patient for two years. Always takes time to see what's going on in my life. Very easy to talk to.

Dr. Reed and her entire staff were amazing! I would recommend her to everyone!!

Dr. Reed is kind and caring. She wants the best for her patients. I have gone to her for almost 10 years. I highly recommend her.
