Dr. Kristen Kay Anderson Loghry, MD

This is an update on what I previously wrote. Once Dr. Anderson was given the message she did contact my Mother and spent some time explaining what was going on and said she was sorry for the miscommunication.

While Dr. Anderson is a very nice person, here's my problem. My mother is 90 yrs. old with a pace maker. Dr. Anderson was told that my mother can not swallow solid foods. An appointment was made on Friday to have a scan done to see what is going on. The results, we were told, would be in the doctors office by that afternoon. Dr. Anderson never called to discuss the results. We called on Monday and were told Dr. Anderson doesn't work on Monday's and that she has an appointment for 10 days later. We didn't even know she had appointment and since she can't swallow solid foods, I believe this situation should be dealt with BEFORE ten days. Then I called the office and was told that she left a message for the doctor but that won't happen until tomorrow at the soonest. This is just not acceptable. Consider Dr. Anderson, what would you think if this was your mother? Is this acceptable in your book for your family member.
