Dr. Kristen Renee Castillo, MD

This doctor was the rudest and most uncaring doctor I have ever had. I've requested not to see her at OBGYN consultants anymore and will request someone else if she is on call when I go in to labor.

Dr. Castillo has been my gynecologist for the last 4 years. She has dealt with my ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and being generally stressed out when it comes to having these exams. I have seen four different gynecologists, all of whom were nice enough, but she seemed genuine and listened. She has an excellent bedside manner and her staff has always been patient with me and my questions. It is difficult to get an appointment, but then that's because people actually want to go see her and are willing to wait if possible. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Castillo and her staff.

I went to Dr. Castillo for many years and always found the care to be about average. The doctor never seemed very forthcoming with information; I had to ask a lot of questions. Her bedside manner needs improvement.

I saw her for Gynecological disease treatment. Dr. Castillo seems competent and is very professional. She also seems concerned with her patients. Her support staff, however, leaves much to be desired. Many unreturned phone calls, and every time I called with a question, I was treated as a nuisance. I had to come in to the office to get an excuse note for work, and when I did they made me wait 45 minutes to get it! I ended up canceling my procedure and going to see a specialist in Oregon.
