Kristen Ciolino, PA

Kristen and her office staff were fantastic! I absolutely am so thankful for the BSW network. I developed strep throat something I haven't had since I was a teenager and I am now 60. Go figure. Anyway, PA Ciolino and her medical assistant did all the appropriate tests. I got my results back quickly. And then I got a steroid shot and a 10 day course of antibiotics. Within an hour of the steroid shot, I was already feeling better. Following a few days of the antibiotics, my lymph nodes were completely normal size again and I could swallow without pain. It is an absolute game changer to know that I can walk in and see qualified medical personnel on a Saturday morning and get same-day care and prescriptions. I am so thankful.

My experience there couldn't have been better. The staff listened, took appropriate tests, prescribed medication , and made other recommendations that have been very helpful. Everything was done efficiently, competently, and caringly. I had no previous experience with Urgent Care and had expected the visit to be trying. It was quite the contrary. There was only a short wait and Kristen Ciolino provided a very positive experience. She was cheerful, positive, competent, and very willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend her and this facility.

Kristin was awesome. She was kind, thorough and relatable. This was my second visit to urgent care within two weeks and had a 12mo with me, who was quite busy and squirmy. She was thorough in her testing to ensure I could figure out my issue without coming back a third time. They called in another nurse, who's a grandmother, to hold my son (with permission) to help out, as well. Would love to see her again!

It's so easy and convenient to get in to see someone. Have loved all your PA's!
