I filed a complaint about less than professional treatment at an appointment and was ignored for 90 minutes for a follow up appointment. Left waiting until I gave up.

I didn’t know what I would do when Dr. Caserio retired, but Dr. Whitney is awesome. She’s young, and is up to date on all the new treatments. She has a great bedside manner. I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent, caring and effective treatment by Dr. Whitney based on several visits. Office staff (Cranberry location) did not follow up on additional scheduling or follow up on the agreed upon additional referral.

Waited 45 minutes to be seen, and she didn't even acknowledge the fact she'd had me wait so long, especially with a toddler. When I asked how much longer she would be, her assistant was short and seemed inconvenienced by my asking. I had a rash all over the side of my face. She told me to change makeup. I told her I don't wear foundation, only moisturizer on my skin and she gave me a sample of cetaphil face wash and sent me on my way. I had to ask twice what was actually wrong, and she couldn't give a definitive answer. The rash is still here 2 months later. I'm scheduled with a new office now. I've never received such poor care. Absolute waste of time and money.
