Dr. Kristin Denise Hicks, MD

I've had so many unpleasant experiences with drs in the past but I felt at ease with her and felt she gave me the feeling of understanding of my situation. Thank you Dr Hicks

Dr. Hicks took the time to get to know me on my first appointment with her after moving to this area. She did a thorough examination. Discussed my meds. Listened to my symptoms and ordered blood work to get a base line of my medical condition. She came highly recommended by a friend who thinks the world of her. I totally agree. She's the best!

GREAT DOCTOR VERY CAREING

She is a very good doctor, who is compassionate for her patients. I can remember years ago when I has a UTI I went every where and could not be treated until I went to see Dr. Hicks. She is very GOOD

The period for waiting on the dr. is ridiculous. Each visit takes at least an hour or more just to get to the nurse, not to mention the wait inside the examining room. The front staff continuously take the wrong information when calling in to leave msg. for the Dr. When questioned they lie about the incident. I have seen this dr. for 2 yrs. The staff in the office are rude, and tend to put words in the patients mouth, time and time again. It's ridiculous that grown women act so caddy. On the other hand it's typical of the typical woman. I am a woman, but not so typical. I am proud of that. The staff needs major customer service classes. I have been in the customer service business for years. It's a shame that patients are treated with disrespect instead of the most highest. The staff and dr. would not have a job without them. Needs major overhaul.
