We may need the insight of a professional we can trust to help guide us through these difficult times in our lives. I would love to work collaboratively with you to help you discover your strengths and develop new tools to get you through your difficult times. I use a variety of evidenced based approaches with my clients depending on their needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.
