My visit was 2 hrs start to finish unacceptable. I feel the Dr/patient visit is compromised by over booking your patient. Dr Macarenna is wonderful and should not have to adjust her visits

I had an appointment with Dr. Mascarenhas that was rescheduled due to a major snowstorm. Thankfully, they managed to squeeze me in since I’m leaving town for a few months. While I experienced a longer wait than usual, I completely understood given the circumstances. When I saw Dr. Mascarenhas, she took her time to thoroughly explain everything to me and outlined a clear path forward.
