Dr. Krupa Shah Pandey, MD

BEWARE. Waited two months for an appointment. Arrived 5 min early. Waited 5 min to check in. 5 min later I was called back up to front desk to be told that Dr. Pandey has a 15 min early arrival rule and since I did not arrive 15 min early, she would not see me. WHAT? This is inexcusable. I have great respect for doctors, and I expect my doctor to have a little respect for me! If this is how Dr. Pandey runs her practice, then she is NOT the doctor for me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking for compassion or empathy, or at the very least, a doctor who shows up! Shame on you Dr. Pandey. SHAME!!!

She's knowledgeable about MS but shows no emotion, when you clearly see your patient having a breakdown . She has no empathy at all . To be a GREAT physician you MUST also connect with your patients emotionally as well . And if the next appointment doesn't show improvement, definitely looking for another physician. Being diagnosed 2 years ago it is still hard coming to terms of having MS.

I have MS (now 17 years) & Dr. Pandey has cared for me through 4 years of Tysabri, which I loved, infusions started at 4 weeks, Then stretched out to 5 & 6 week, infusions but my numbers became too risky, then 2 years of Lemtrada (2016-17) still on monitoring until it is out of my system. Scheduled Visiting nurse PT at home and cognitive therapy update since I did it back in 2013. Very pleasant and listens.

Never got to see the doctor. Waited over two months to see her. When I made it to my appointment was told she did not take my insurance. I have transverse myelitis and been suffering for more than 3 months with symptoms. Now must wait another 3 months to see a doctor at a different center. Called when booking appointment and made sure that they took my insurance (was told yes by one of the ladies there). Waisted my time, not sure how this will impact my outcome.

She is so real and caring and smart! She wants to know how I am and how my kids are and how work is. She is warm and available and very concerned about her patients. I will follow her to her next post (much farther away from me) because my condition is stable and she keeps on top of it all. Love her!

After not liking my diagnosis, which I had from multiple doctors. I decided to look up Dr. Pandey for reviews. Most of these are nothing to what I see or feel when with Dr. Pandey. She was the person that ended up officially diagnosing me and getting me started with treatment. Of course at first it seemed as though she was blunt, but there is no easy way to tell have someone they have ms. She has answered ALL of my questions, given her expert advice, and shows some emotion. I think he bedside manner is fantastic. Of course I dont want to have MS, take medicine, or live any different. But I feel confident knowing that I have someone like her to go to.
