Dr. Kun Zhao

Dr. Zhao is not a trustworthy dentist. He put in my dental implant, but I was not made aware of the entire cost of the implant up front. He is not transparent in terms of cost; did not ask Delta for a pre-treatment estimate. He did allow me to pay over the course of several months and did not attach interest. The implant fell out a few months later. My new dentist (because of Dr. Zhao's lack of transparency) dentist and my periodontist tried to get specific information from Dr. Zhao about the implant, and he was not forthcoming with the information. In fact, we're still trying to obtain specifics about the implant that he put in my mouth. We called the company that makes the implant, but they have no record of Dr. Zhao or me in their system, which leaves me deeply concerned. Dr. Zhao got defensive and demanded payment of my bill; subsequent bills came with interest attached. He's retaliating because I'm asking for information about my dental care. Do not trust this dentist.
