Wait time......20 minutes on hold trying to make appointment as new patient . No communication during pause . Set bad example for me .

Wait times are long. Waiting for an appointment and/or results are long. Gives little information.

Worst ENT ever

We had an appointment for my mother to have her hearing tested and they had to reschedule because Dr. Garen went on vacation, no problem. So we went a week later which is fine. Showed up on time, sat in the waiting room for 55 minutes exactly. So then after they finally took us in the back they asked how we are doing. We expressed our frustration at waiting that long they said they would make it up to us. So what that ended up being was another hour of waiting in the exam room with out getting getting anything accomplished but a series of typical questions answered. We ended up walking out because the Dr. never came back. All they had to say was they are sorry its been a crazy day. Since he was vacation they tried to get everyone in and booked 25 people that day which was twice their normal amount. What does that mean? Their $ is more important than our time. It doesn't help that the Dr. is overweight and not exactly the best example of health.

Had appointment with Dr. Garren several weeks ago for plugged ears. Wasn't happy with doctor or staff. Spent 5 mins cleaning out both ears , the whole time he and his nurse only talked about lunch. Didn't take one look at my medical papers that they had me fill out and I had to remind them that I still had the papers when time for me to leave and they commented " Oh yeah we may want them". Charged my insurance $374.00 for surgical procedure ( cleaning out ears). First visit at that office and last.

Met Dr. Garren today for the first time I can't express how happy I was to meet him. Not only was he charming he put me at complete ease. He spent time talking to me about everything that needed to happen and he did so in a way that made me feel like I was talking to a friend. The whole appointment was very comforting and not only is he a good Dr. his staff was beyond nice.

You will see he is just a waste of time and money!

What a great experience! Very professional yet compassionate, Dr. Garren actually LISTENED to me, EXPLAINED what was going on, CORRECTED it, and gave understandable expectations of what will follow. Would highly recommend Dr. Garren to others - I'm only sorry I waited so long to see him!
