Perfect experience in every way. Great doctor with a great bedside manner. Knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. Every person I came in contact with starting from the young lady at the front desk was top notch. I applaud everyone! I am a 73 year old overweight woman. I appreciate nice respectful people. Thank you everyone.

Dr..krautman is very pleasant and cares about ALL his patients. It's to bad he's a foot doctor. He took care of all my issues with my foot, using a different approach and hope it works He's a blessing from the good lord. Keep up the caring and don't let them wear you out, especially with your new baby. TY P.S. his medical assistant could at least work on a smile or act like she enjoys her job and not be so abrupt. Take a second to listen and truly care

Dr.Krautman is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about when he is explaining things to me. It makes me feel more comfortable going forward.

Dr. Krautmann took me as a patient after I was given other options by my family doctor for my foot pain (meds, icing, PT). The pain continued to get worse through this process to the point I could barely walk. Upon reviewing x-rays, Dr. Krautmann gave me two options. He was very honest from the beginning. I could go with a procedure that would be a temporary fix to avoid surgery, or go with surgery. Dr. Krautmann ecplained step by step what he would do. Surgery went as plainer and after 8 months I am able to walk 4-5 miles without much pain. I Every appointment after surgery was quick with explanations in full of how things were going. I highly recommend Dr. Krautmann!!

Dr. Krautmann has been working with me to fix an issue with my foot for a few years. After exhausting all noninvasive options, we decided yesterday it's time to do surgery. For my most recent visit and all they preceding visits he has spent ample time with me to understand my issue and talk me through my options. I am fully trusting him for a successful surgery and great outcome.

Dr. Krautman has been terrific during my whole experience with my ankle. An emergency surgery at Boone Hospital, a somewhat complicated one, has us still coming together after all this time. He always recognizes me, very kind, informative and doesn't get in a rush. His staff is always friendly and helpful. Last Oct. I moved to another town about 31/2 hours away, but as long as I can make that trip, Dr Krautman will be my doctor!
