Dr. Kwing-Wah Chan, MD

This was the rudest most disrespectful doctor ever! When I took my daughter to discuss her test results he told me she was fine and there is nothing medically wrong with her. He said look at her she looks fine. She has been experiencing episodes where she passes out for 5-40 mins at a time. When I asked him what we should do he told me “wait until she is 18 and you can marry her off to be someone else’s problem.” I was shocked!! He continued to be rude and when I asked for another doctors opinion he said I could talk to her pediatrician. He said he was leaving and there was nothing he would do.

We went to Dr. Chan's office as recommended by our son's pediatrician. Dr. Chan didn't answer any of our questions. He didn't examine our child. He simply referred us to a different doctor without answering any question.

Took my 7 mo old daughter to him for possible seizure activity. He told me my child was a baby and how would he know? Didn't even do an exam! Told me to sit down about 3 times even though my child doesn't like to be held while I'm sitting-she cries. He asked if I was alone....very creepy. Told me that this concern of mine was because I am a first time mom and when I have "3 or 4 kids I won't be coming in for things like this" WOW. HE was super rude, disrespectful, and has NOT A SINGLE professional bone in his body. What a shame that such a terrible person with a poor attitude is left to give sometimes grim news to people/children during a time of extreme fear and uncertainty. Disgusting human being

Terrible bedside manner. Wouldn't recommend him at all. He doesn't care about his patients at all.

Dr Chan's assitants are so friendly and kind. My son just adored them. Dr. Chan diagnosed and got us started on a care plan immediately. He has always gotten back to us quickly and has spent all the time we needed answering any questions and guiding us through this. when we moved he sent us to a great DR. we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Dr Chan took little time with my daughter and 8 year old grandson and actually "ROLLED HIS EYES" at my daughter for asking to many questions about my grandson as she has concerns that he may have P.A.N.D.A.S rather than just the tics after he ended up with Scarlet Fever on top of all the other signs. She had requested a NEW more professional and caring doctor It made me very upset at Dr Chan, but moreso made me feel extreamly bad for my daughter and grandson as they both went home very frustrated and hurt!
