Dr. Laila C Hanna, MD

It can be a wait to get an appointment because she's very well-liked. I never mind waiting in the waiting room for Dr. Hanna because I know that when she is in the exam room with me she will give me all the time that I need. She is through - very thorough - and very personable. She explains everything well and genuinely cares about my health and that of my family. She doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist if she (or you) have concerns. My entire family goes to her, I can't recommend her highly enough.

Wait is too long, has plenty of help and needs it. Is kind but not decisive. Get no answers or help with various known health problems. Has problems sending one to various other specialists that group probably does not have but no one tells you. Dithers alot but not much real help.

I have been seeing dr. hanna ever since she took the practice over from dr. nassif. She has always been really caring and helpful. She would always help me and my mom out when it came to prescriptions and stuff like that, like giving a month's worth of free samples when i didn't have any insurance... the ONLY complaint I have is Sue, her receptionist. She has the absolute worst attitude, and she really doesn't care either. I have had many run ins with her. But unfortunately i do have to put up with her to see the doctor. Love the doctor, hate her staff

*** warning****** Stay away***had an appointment at 3 and had to wait till about 4:15 to see her. while she was helping me out her staff kept walking in the room asking questions about her other patients and telling her to call her who called and left a message. okay now... there is an appropriate time for that. took a blood sample and she called me 3 weeks later telling me that i have some kind of a health issue. 3 weeks?!?! she even had the nerve to ask when i would like to come back to visit her. No thank you. I went to another doctor how took care of my problem right away.

It may take a long time to get back into a room to see Dr Hanna but definitely worth the wait. She is very thorough and won't give up until she finds out what is wrong with you. If she prescribes alot of meds for a cold she gives many samples to make up for it. She's very caring and I feel she probably doesn't get paid enough for ALL she does for you. She's always available after hours. Find another Dr. who does that! She's fantastic!!
