Very pleasant doctor and staff. Supports your choice of working with natural health remedies over prescription drugs but doesn't rule them out when they are necessary for your overall health. Works with you on recommending resources. Very pleased.

Least punctual doctors office I have ever visited.

Dr. Ngo not only is always over a hour late for scheduled appointments she does every test that she can charge you for in office then adds on additional expensive lab tests. Referal doctors from Dr. Ngo are spread all over town & are as useless as Dr. Ngo.

I appreciate Dr. Ngo's personality and "bedside" manner. No nonsense and practical approach; thorough understanding of her limits as a G.P. but critical decision making abilities are above par. I was pleasantly suprised with her knowledge of anatomy and physiology when I had joint problems(hips and knees). She doesn't make snap diagnosis's and she let's ME make the decisions when it's reasonable and still takes care of all my medical (and sometimes emotional) needs.

Her staff is nice but incompetent. Example: Fail to call in prescription and no return of repeated phone calls. But Dr. Ngo always has an excuse. She needs to hire more staff. I have had the same symptoms that I had had with my previous doctor awhile back in another city. Other doctor left the room and came back with a diagnosis and treatment. Not Dr. Ngo. I left without any treatment!!! Filled out card so I could get results in the mail at some point! I guess the days of a simple phone call with results are over. Results or a simple antibiotic prescription that I should have walked out with!!! My gut has been displeased with this dr and staff for awhile now. It is time I listen and find better care elsewhere.

this appt. was an absolute waste of time and money. went to her based on web reviews and am sadly dissappointed. an annual physical that is 100% covered by my insurance. this doctor submitted charges outside of that based on a conversation. because i answered her questions, i recieved an extra charge. claimed under "established patient visit/ problem focused" on my bill. you will get more useful information from the internet than seeing this doctor. a good example of a doctor milking the system.
