Dr. Lana Turk

Dr Turk is the most thorough physician I have had, always follows up herself. Great care and I would never go anywhere else.

I liked Dr. Turk but I finally had to schedule with someone else. Her staff is so unprofessional, never return calls, make inaccurate claims, never call in refills, noone answers the phone. It's just not worth the headache. There is not 1 person on her staff that I trust to do their job and certainly not with my health. She should clean house and hire efficient educated people.

I went in on Monday for a physical and to have a lump check out. Went in to see Dr.Turk and she was very polite and did a good job. However they wanted me to sit for another 40 min to get my blood drawn which would have made it a 2 hour appt. Supposedly someone was supposed to call me to have an ultra sound done on the lump. It is now 9 pm on weds and no call. Apparently the office is a mess. they dropped the ball on my physical and I will probably have to call them to get an ultra sound. Would not recommend this office to anyone. In my opinion Dr. Turk should move to an office with better staff

Dr. Lana Turk is by far the most unprofessional doctor I've had interaction with. She continuously spoke over me, interrupted me, wouldn't allow me to explain the needs or issues in an effective way. She miss diagnosed me twice with kidney stones, I got to ER for cat scan and they say I have no kidney stones... I was diagnosed with 7mm kidney stones that don't pass on their own and need to be surgically removed. Doctor Turks office elongated a process that was time sensitive and dropped the ball a number of times. I highly recommend thinking twice before seeing this doctors

Front desk staff is young, seems inexperienced and disorganized. Dr. Turk is awesome.

Dr. Turk is very kind and caring. She takes her time and doesn't rush through her appointments. She is a good doctor.
