Dr. Lance Scott Feller, MD

This is the worst managed office I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. A few days after my primary care doctor sent over a referral, I called to make an appointment and was told they were waiting for my doctor to send over test results. I offered to send them over myself to speed up the process. I called twice a week for THREE weeks requesting an appointment with the doctor and each time I was told they were still reviewing my results. Finally after another week of waiting I was told by the Referral Specialist, Jessica, that I do not “meet the criteria” for an appointment with Dr. Feller, despite my extremely elevated hs-CRP, positive ANA, and numerous worrisome symptoms. I am beyond disgusted with the unprofessionalism of this office and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
