Dr. Yong Hsiu Tsai, MD

I can't recommend them highly enough. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond. I would like to give a special shout out to Ann she was absolutely phenomenal. Being that my winters are spent in Florida she went out of her way to help me get everything needed from my two Michigan Doctors to them.

I am so happy I finally went to see Dr Tsai and his wonderful staff. Aimee, his P.A is so efficient and professional while being a very caring person. The front desk person, Deidra and the first nurse who saw me are exceptional. Dr Tsai is an excellent doctor who answered all my questions and concerns with utmost compassion. Thank you, Dr Tsai. I am most appreciative.

Scheduling appointments are very easy. The staff is very polite and waiting time is minimal. My experience with Dr. Tsai office has always been pleasant. The doctor is very thorough and empathetic overall always a good experience.

Dr Tsai and his staff are very thorough. Yes, a few of my appointments ended being delayed, some patients require more time and possibly it wasn’t figured in when the appointment was scheduled. As far as problems other patients have had, please take into consideration that everyone has bad days.

Worst Dr. I’ve ever seen… no compassion and recommended nothing for me, no work up, testing or additional treatment plans. I currently have asthma, arthritis and a major psoriasis flare up ~ why I wanted to be seen as a new patient. I was told by another specialist to see an immunologist, this one really disregarded me as a patient. Staff was cold as well. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Dr Tsai is a kind and thorough doctor. He explained everything clearly and doesn’t mind being asked questions and explains test results clearly. His staff are respectful and very accommodating. Would recommend his office to anyone needing a good rheumatologist.

I waited over an hour for less than a 10 minute appointment. After about a year I was given a diagnosis and a medication with no explanation. Very rushed. Doesn't take time to listen or explain things.

He cares for his patients always. Very good bedside matter. I will not go to anyone else. He speaks very good English.

Office is not run with integrity, many staff members are dishonest and do not care for patients. Terrible experiences over past two years.

This man needs his licence taken away. Read the review and never see this horrible man.
