Dr. Lance Delaney Weaver, MD

Dr. Weaver left the anesthesiologist, nurse and me waiting for two hours past my surgery time. He put my cast on wrong and I was charged for a new cast when they took off the one he put on wrong and was causing a lot of pain. It caused damage to my foot where it messed up the nerves where it was pinching. People like him because of his personality. He rides on his personality rather than professionalism. He and his nurse argue in front of me about who puts on the best cast. Another surgeon had to redo the surgery because Dr. Weaver did it wrong three times. I was a fool for going back with the problem. The new doctor fixed it and it stayed fixed with just one surgery. Dr. Weaver will never see me again.

You leave with more problems than you went in with. Spiteful nurse and staff. Unfriendly environment.

After surgery my cast was put on incorrectly and was causing a lot of pain where it was cutting into my leg. I was unable to get help from him or anyone on call. At the emergency room I would have to wait four plus hours. I called the office the next day and nurse told me to come in. She said the cast was wrong and changed. He was also two hours late for my surgery.

Dr Weaver is one of the best doctors around. He's very caring, listens to you what you're having a problem with, explains things so you can actually understand what he's talking about. Great personality and he puts you at ease the second he meets you for the first time.

Dr. Weaver Is a great Dr. His only improvement could be the people that work for him. They are short and appear uncaring which is so not him.

Dr. Weaver is an over all a very good surgeon. I would go back to him any time. I have and will recommend him to any body. He was kind and gentle. A very soothing personality. His sense of humor helped a lot while recovering. I was up and going in short order. I didn't think I would walk again. I now play racquetball and run.

New patient to practice. Entire office needs upgrading, carpets, floors needing waxing. Front office lady scheduling appointments for Dr. Weaver was short, snappy and rude. Seemed to be more intersted in her cell phone than patients. Noticed that confidentially was a little lax. Overheard several conversations in the main office while sitting in the waiting room. Nurse was friendly and Dr. Weaver was very informative about my condition. Wait was a little long but overall I was pleased.
