Came in from California , appt was at 2:45 I was seen at 5:30, and the appt wasn’t not worth the wait, I was very disappointed with the service

I arrived 20 mins early. Once called, I was in the back for 30 mins. Mostly signing paperwork and going over what to expect the day of my procedure. Friendly, helpful staff.

I am very happy with the results of my surgeries performed by Dr. Smith. He and his staff are always welcoming and provide excellent care.

Dr. Smith was very patient and informative during my visit.

The most difficult process of choosing the right plastic surgeon is differentiating between which one will ultimately bring you joy and which one could potentially bring you regret. I researched several doctors in and out of this state (California) and I kept coming back to Dr.Smith. I have always been told by prominent people that Dr.Smith is above and beyond the best Plastic Surgeon. Now, post breast augmentation, I am grateful to have chosen Dr. Smith. Aside from a ton of accolades and awards Dr.Smith has accumulated, his staff (Shannon, in particular) his front office and most importantly, his bedside manner by far exceeded my expectations. My surgery was a more difficult procedure due to the fact that I has Capsular Contracture. I was impressed by how informative Dr.Smith was in regards to educating me on how to “prevent getting Capsular Contracture again”. He gave me a packet of valuable information that I never was made aware of from my past surgery (which was NOT done by… Dr.Smith). Dr. Smith informed how I should not sleep with my dog, (to prevent infection), he gave me Singulair for thirty days (prescription) and to always take prophylactic antibiotics any time I do dental work or do biopsies or any procedure that could potentially allow an infection to enter my bloodstream. Mind blowing for me. ?? I was never made aware of these crucial facts by my past surgeon so I am eternally grateful to him for educating me in regards to this. None of my friends who have breast augmentation even knew this. I appreciate tremendously how informed and thorough Dr.Smith was with me and his nurse Shannon was an absolute doll and took very good care of me as well as his hyperbaric tech who I did oxygen there with was so kind to me. I apologize as I forgot her name, I think it was Eve. She even came in on Saturday so I could do oxygen when Dr.Smith’s office was closed. How convenient it was and a total luxury to be able to do Hyperbaric Oxygen right there at Dr. Smith’s facility after my procedure. It definitely accelerated my healing process and alleviated my pain. I did not even have to take any of the painkillers. I am so indebted and grateful to Dr.Smith and his staff and every day I can see my breasts go through the process of becoming even more beautiful as they evolve into their perfect position. They are already softer than they were pre-surgery and I’m not even a month out. ?? I can’t wait to see how soft they will feel at 6 months. All in all I am very pleased that I chose the perfect doctor for my breast augmentation revision and I feel so humbled and blessed being able to show them to all of my friends who are genuinely impressed and it’s just so gratifying! I had a consult for surgery and the whole staff was great. Very kind and helpful and Dr. Smith was great at explaining what he’d do, how he’d do it, and what some of the terms meant.

This will be my second cosmetic procedure with Dr. Smith . I absolutely adore him. Aside from him being amazing at his line of work . His bed side manners and the comfortability he gives you during your consultation is above and beyond. Additionally, I’ve had cosmetic work from another Well known surgeon in Vegas and my healing was brutal . Dr. Smiths techniques are so delicate healing was cake.

Doctor Smith is very Knowledgeable about his work, which allows me to feel relax ! I am happy I make the right Decision. Excited for my upcoming surgery
