Dr. Larissa Victorovna Fomitcheva, MD

I read a number of positive reviews for Dr. Formitcheva and went to her based on these reviews (which I can only conclude now are not real). I made an appointment with her due to extreme pain I was experiencing. Before even examining me she told me to get over it, I wasnt dying so stop being so upset. She then performed an exam to which she told me nothing was wrong with me. During my time in the office Dr. Formitcheva spent time yelling at her office staff and discussing private patient matters in front of the entire waiting room. To say her attitude and rudeness was horrific doesnt even encompass the experience. As I was leaving the office she informed me to send a message for test results because her staff doesnt answer the phones. I couldnt believe this was a legally run medical office, but was in such pain I could only get out of there as fast possible. After this visit, I ended up in the ER for a week due to a severe medical condition. I was then called by her office a MONTH… later to discuss my test results. I cant believe this woman has a degree to practice medicine. I never write reviews but am writing this in hopes to prevent even one person from going to her for treatment. Do NOT go to this doctor or be fooled by her positive reviews. Her behavior is abusive as well as her ability to diagnose or treat medical conditions is non existent. Her incompetence is horrifiying and you should not endanger your health by going to her.

If you want to be treated like a human being, this is NOT the doctor for you. First of all, when I walked in the staff was arguing calling each other stupid almost to the point where it got physical between two staff members. This is during COVID-19 pandemic so I understand people are on edge but so are your patients so how about a calm atmosphere ??? Not there. I was read results, which were unfortunately very negative, I started to cry and Dr. Fomitchova literally said “I have other patients you can’t do this” I wasn’t loud, I simply was crying bc of the devastating, life-altering news she just gave me. It was as if she didn’t have time to talk to me or assure me it will be ok. I saw her years ago and vowed to never come back, I came back because I completely forgot I ever saw her in the first place. As soon as I got that same experience I remembered it was her that made me cry the first time I came for a reason I cannot remember. She will most likely send you for more tests, and… more tests, and more tests. And the wait time is a joke, over 2 hours WITH appointment. They had me rush in for my results, getting there within a half hour of when they called me, to ask me to sit down during COVID-19 pandemic, and wait an hour while there was no other patients that I could see. While you are there you are obviously on HER time. Oh and if you are having a baby she will not make it a happy experience for you. You will have to ask for sono pics and you will not get a “congratulations” or a “how are you?” They treat your pregnancy and baby as if it’s a disease. Judging by the other reviews I am not alone in saying this doctors bedside manner is horrible, and I did not have a positive experience all 3 times I saw this doctor. Every. Single. Time.

This office tried to prevent me from seeking out a second opinion by Making it exceptionally difficult for me to get my medical records. They would not send my records to the new doctor unless I paid $.75 for each page. I agreed to pay the fee although I find it to be ridiculous and then they refused to take a credit card payment over the phone even know when I go into the office for visits they take a credit card for my copayment. They refused to take my phone payment and said I had to come into the office with cash or check and when I explain that I couldn’t takeoff from work just to come in and give them $11 the office manager got on the phone proceeded to speak over me and then hung up on me. Doing past visits they could even locate my medical records and very often the girls at the front desk or fighting with each other or fighting with the doctors In front of all the patients in the waiting room. The entire staff is incompetent and unprofessional.

I had only been there 1 or two times but both were like a normal doctor. She is a bit rough around the edges but seemed very thorough and nice with me. She wanted me to get tested for important stuff my old OBGYN didn’t even think about doing. Which I thought was very thorough of her. She also troubleshooted with me to figure out what birth control was best for me. I’ve switched it and ever since I have felt 100% better. I don’t know what these other people had experienced but I definitely didn’t go through that.

Dr. Fomitcheva was extremely rude & systematically treating everyone like they were all the same, didn’t listen to a word I said and never even looked at my chart before exam. Another poor woman was so upset with her abrupt rude attitude and bringing other medical personnel in and out of room while she was disrobed with no introduction or consideration at all! Don’t go here if you want to be treated like a human being!!! Wait time was over 3 hours, waiting room is dirty with parts of ceiling filthy & falling down over your head. No TV to distract you from the long wait time, dirty surroundings or cheap uncomfortable chairs! Seem to lose patients charts often! Most horrendous Doctors Appointment ever... Good Riddance! Some staff apologetic for both rude Doctors but that’s just not enough ?? Dr Fomitcheva is out of touch with up to date medical advancements in her field, extremely rude and abrupt with most patients (a young girl left crying because the Mom said Dr. Larissa was so… nasty to her on her very first GYN visit! WTH?) You Seriously don’t want to come to this GYN office! Ever! Then when my blood tests came back, it took a while for a staff member to call me and give me a blanket statement about my results. Said I was deficient in Vit D but I had to ask for a Rx for it. They said they’d get back to me about whether the doctor would write it... they didn’t get back to me. Dr. Fomitcheva should just retire because her heart surely isn’t in in medicine or people! ??

I love her so much she’s the best doctor ever.

Very rude even when it’s her mistake. She came in with the wrong chart yelling because I should have been there before because the chart said the patient needed surgery. I told her multiple times that she never said anything to me about surgery. I was very upset to think this was me and all she did was yell till I told her let me see the chart and I didn’t even look at the notes just the name to find out that wasn’t even my chart. Super unprofessional. Didn’t even apologize, she just acted like nothing happened. Never going back.

I thought the wait time of 2.5 hours was bad but that was just the tip of the iceberg. This woman is a monster! She could not have been any rougher when she did my exam. When I got home I was bleeding. She does not explain what she's doing and will waste your time and money and send you for unesscessary tests. STAY AWAY. There are much better doctors.

Worst Dr ever!!I would never recommend Dr. Fomitcheva. First of all it takes 2hrs or more for you to be seen even with an appointment. She only spends 10mins max on you. She told me I have a small uterine fibroid and I need surgery. She did not ask my opinion or advise me of my options. All she cares about is money. I have received numerous calls from her office to schedule surgery I feel very uncomfortable and will not be returning to her office ever. I would recommend you get a second opinion after seeing her.

Wanted me to pay to see my results. Was rough and abrasive. Horrible bed side manner. Would never go back. The worst Doctor I been to in my life
