I was having a reaction to a patch. I called to get it resolved, and ask what to do. Instead of asking me what happened, this dr. sends me an email (with no way to reply) and tells me to put the patch in a different area. What a ridiculous answer. As if I haven’t tried that. Completely unhelpful.

The most pro-female OBGYN I've ever had. Maybe it's different if you're seeing him for pregnancy and childbirth issues but when it comes to birth control and problems with menstruation, hormones he's the most open minded and non judgmental doctor I've ever had.

I do not recommend this Dr. what's so ever. I wish I would have looked him up prior to my appointment I would have rescheduled. He treated me like my issues were not important. He also made fun of the prior Dr.'s that I have seen. When he read my chart he laughed. This is just some of the things he did.

I went to Dr Hess for an exam and he was rude uncaring and didnt care about my baby!

I really don't know what everyone was talking about.. But for my experience he was professional and kind. I had concerns about possibly having a miscarriage and he actually was very positive about taking care of his patient. He's very prompt and will listen to you. No problems here. We love him!

I strongly suggest everyone avoid this doctor and not go to him! He dropped my baby slipped out his hands and he wasn't careful! He's didn't even care!
