Dr. Larry Stephen Rosen, MD

This is my third year in a row that I have called the office to get a script for my annual mammogram. For the third year in a row, I have gotten their voice mail saying to leave a message with name, DOB, reason for call and phone number and they will get back to me within 48-72 hours. Really!!! Needless to say, even after waiting 48-72 hours, the office NEVER returns phone calls. That is a disgrace and evidentally the doctors do not see a problem with their staff treating or mistreating their patients in such a manner. I have to continually initiate my own follow-up calls. Needless to say that after being a long-time patient, I've just had all I can take from this office's sloppy and disgraceful way of treating patients to say nothing of their arrogant behavior when you eventually get them to actually answer a phone call. It's high time to find a new gynecologist that actually cares about their patient's entire well-being and how their staff mistreat their patients. Goodbye!!

Would highly recommend for medical reasons, particularly obstectrics. I was high risk, had three miscarraiges prior to finding Dr Rosen. Now have three healthy children. He is amazing.
