I walked into this office expecting nothing but received just what i needed. They where very detailed on giving me my options what every decision could mean going forward in my life but yet keeping the faith and fight and seeing things for what they are.When we are dealing with a illness we tend to start to blame others when in fact it could be a number of factors that comes into reality like our lifestyles or family heritage so we can't blame our doctors we have to take responsibility for our self. And let the doctor do it's job. I'm old school i like things bland if it's the way the office looks then your not looking for the a good doctor your looking for doctor that going to agree with your self diagnosis. Very small, quiet office, with great staff. Doctor spends the time needed for each visit going over everything thoroughly so I understood what exactly was wrong and why and what needed to be done to help me get better . She answered all of my questions and gave me some relief. She is a doctor who really listens and wants to help all of her patients as much as she can. I would Highly recommend to anybody who needs a great Neurologist. Flexible availability, and organized office. They had everything completed/verified/and authorized before even stepping through the door.

ONE STAR is too kind. BEWARE! Saw neurologist Dr. Lata T. Bansal - now Toshniwal. Was told immediately, prior to any blood tests taken, that I did not have Parkinson's - told to get off Parkinson's medicine prescribed by ORMC and then told after just performing a walking test for her - while not in relapse, that I did not have MS - 100%. All of this after providing her first with lumbar puncture results showing 90% certainty of MS. Fraud, concelament misrepresentation. Not knowing standard protocol testing that she should have been doing for 2 years, as well as having MS, she only sent me for a muscle conductivity test. Finally discovered what type of blood testing should have been done to rule out or in MS and to make sure it was not another demylenating disease, virus, Sjogrens, Lupus, Lymes, etc. had to advocate on my own behalf for blood tests. Finally she did one screen for Lymes, told me I had Lymes - i did not. Had MS all along. Unprofessional, unethical, take her license!

I recently suffered a stroke ,new patient, everyone made me feel very comfortable . upon talking w dr, i liked the eye contact and her knowledge of everything. She asked lots of questions also. I liked that she was great and her staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I left feeling reassured everything would be alright !

I have had severe chronic headaches daily for a year now. She chastised me for telling her my information on when and what was going on in my life when these headaches began in hopes that it would help in learning the cause of them. She stated I did not have migraines and needed to go see another doctor who specializes in headaches. That was it! She just completely dismissed me and it was more than a little obvious she did not want me for a patient. I will be notifying my insurance company and the medical board as I do believe she took an oath to help people.

She is the worse Doctor i have ever seen, so rude no bed side manners at all, tried to ask her something and she was very rude to me and said ur getting off track. Went to give me medicine and said i had to call my doctor to make sure it was not going to mess with the other meds i am on. Hello arent you a doc you dont know this? very rude and not friendly at all. I read all the other reviews before i went here and they were bad but i said well maybe they are all just wrong well they are not she is no way a friendly doctor. Office has 4 chairs in it and u have to go out side around the corner to use bathroom which they had a cardboard box as a garage can. Do not go here, you will be very un happy i even told the receptionist when i left how unhppy i was she said she hears this from every patient that leaves how they dont like her.

Dr Bansal has the bedside manner of a frozen fish. She basically insinuated that I was lying about my condition claiming that in all of her years as a neuro she had never heard of such a thing; though they "thing" could be found with a click of the mouse on WebMD or Google. She offered no pain meds though I had been suffering with the kind of pain that had put me in the hospital multiple times. She prescribed nothing that would ease the nerve impulses though she knew that's what was happening. Suffice it to say that I won't be going back. Oh, and IF you see her, act stupid. Apparently if you are articulate and have any education at all, especially that in the medical field, it frightens her and she will automatically assume that you're lying.
