Sometimes even the strongest people need help to work through life’s more challenging problems. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, divorce, low self-esteem, trauma, and relationship/adjustment difficulties. Working collaboratively, I tailor therapy to successfully address the client’s individual needs and goals. My therapeutic approach incorporates an empathic, honest, exploratory, and integrative style in order to provide a comfortable and safe environment.
