Dr. Laura A Baalmann, MD

Dr. Baalman and her nurse practitioners are AMAZING but their staff is awful. They are unfriendly and I've had a couple of problems with billing and I have been forced to pay large balances I had no idea about at the time of service in order to be seen. Working for a doctor myself, I do know the receptionist make a large impact on the office and I have now left the practice because of her staff. But she is an amazing doctor and if you can get over the fact of the unfriendly staff, I would recommend her.

Run don’t walk from this doc. If u need surgery her office will call u constantly to get it scheduled but if you get diagnosed w/breast cancer as a result of drugs she prescribed, you’ll hear nothing. NOT A WORD. This was my experience. Money is her motivation in my opinion.

I have been going to Balanced Care for Women for over 10years and highly recommend. Dr. Baalmann is wonderful along with all of the staff!

Overall great experience. Sometimes I have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for a standing monthly appointment. I once had an insurance issue and the staff took time to invite me into their office, called their billing department and explained the problem. Within a couple of days I received a call back from their office explaining the issue and answering all my questions. I've met with several of the nurses over the last few years and they have all been very professional, friendly and kind. I've never felt rushed.
