Dr Cozzi is kind and patient and explains everything. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Great experience, now I can hear! Dr. Cozzi has a wonderful "bedside" manner, also a very good Doc.

Dr.Cozzi is the best doctor ever and she is amazing especially with kids too.

I’ve been to many doctors in my lifetime and Dr. Cozzi is among the best. It was a 10 minute wait and another 5 in the room. She spent a lot of time with me, explained my condition and her method of treatment. She listened to me, answered my questions and made an uncomfortable procedure tolerable. A kind, caring person that eased my fears. I feel lucky to have found her. The staff were very friendly and competent.

Good Doctor, but she has a horrible horrible bedside manner.

After driving 2 hours, each way, I was refused service due to my limitations on my insurance. I called twice, once for the appointment and again (on the day of the appointment), to make sure of the appointment time and that my insurance was accepted. I was assured of my appointment and that my insurance was good. Once I arrived, I checked in and sat down. Within a few minutes, the office manager, the person who made the original appointment and insurance check, said I cannot receive service because of my limited insurance. The office manager became cold and arrogant, and handed me back my cards. Finally, Dr. Cozzi came to the front office, to see what was going on. She heard what her Office Manager did to me and that my pain was at a level 10. All she did was spend over 15 minutes on the phone with the insurance company, telling them how she is not registered with them. Although, I no longer expected service, and instead of living by her Hippocratic Oath, she didn't even come from… behind the front desk. I was left in pain and with no help to find an alternative mode of treatment. Dr. Cozzi spent more time on the phone with her complaint to the insurance company, than talking or trying help me. I would define her as the "poster child" for the heartless medical community. I would keep all of this in mind when making an appointment with Dr. Laura Cozzi.

I was very impressed with Dr Cozzi on my very first visit to her. I was experiencing hearing loss and was glad to find out it was due to a sinus infection when i left her office i was already gaining my hearing back to her treating me in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Cozzi.

Dr. Cozzi provides exceptional care and comfort. Her bedside manner starts with a warm "almost family like" personality. Never condescending or arrogant - always patient and willing to answer questions. Wonderful friendly staff at both of her locations. All doctors could learn from her example!

This is a great human being and a great ENT doctor. Waiting was less than 10 minutes & she spent over 50 minutes with me;conducting different tests.After each test she explained everything to me ie.,treatment & medicine to use. Dr. Cozzi was so nice & competent that my wife is dropping her ENT doctor & will start seen Dr. Cozzi. She also provided free samples of medicine & prescribed 2 medicines for my medical issues.
