She has the best bed side manner We never feel rushed and she answers any questions we might have. I think her best quality is we have never felt pressured to do anything . She would explain our options and listen to our concerns . And always respected our decisions .

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Klesse since she was only a few months old, she is 11, now. Have you ever seen a child get excited about a doctor's visit; my daughter does - still - 11 years later. Dr. Klesse is warm, kind, and extremely knowledgeable, but not to the point of obnoxium. Dr Klesse listens to your needs and questions and will take car of problems as soon as they arise.

I wish every Physician would have the caring, compassion and deep understanding of a parent's heart that Dr Klesse has. She is humble, incredibly gifted and an outstanding individual . This community is extremely lucky to have her.

From the moment I met Dr. Klesse, I immediately was impressed by her expertise, but also with her bedside manner. She came out to the waiting room and introduced herself, which very few doctors do. She patiently answered all questions about my son's diagnosis, and she put them in layman's terms without being condescending. When I left a Friday afternoon follow-up message, she called me back within two hours, when I was expecting a call the following week. I feel completely at ease knowing that my three-year-old is in her hands. When parents are dealt with a blow like a lifelong illness, they can only hope they have doctors and nurses that provide the best care. She truly cares for her patients and thinks of them as not just a number or an "illness". If you are a parent and have the misfortune to wind up at the cancer/blood disorders clinic, you will have the consolation that you are in the best hands. I am very proud and honored that she is my child's oncologist, and I only… hope her higher-ups recognize the jewel they have at Children's Medical Center.
