Very rude staff, i tried making a 1st time patient visit and the receptionist was not helpful at all. Let alone her attitude was as if me trying to make an appointment was a bother. Drs. Really need to check on their receptionist because this alone made me not want to go there more.

It is obvious the staff at this office works here for a paycheck. They do not care about people or their patients. They are inconsiderate, unprofessional and lack empathy. I have never encountered a doctors office like this one. The front staff insulted me in too many ways that I will not be coming back. I have never written a negative review about any establishment up until now….

I saw Dr Nieves for physical check up for the very first time. She asked me if I have any additional medical issue, I simply told her I tried to get pregnant but didnt succeed. She told me she cannot do anything but referred me to a specialist them then charged me for "discussing" about infertility. I found this is the most ridiculous bill I ever received for something the doctor didn't even do but simply made the assumption. Ironically, I got pregnant couple months later and still got to pay for the bill that indicated me being infertility. AVOID THIS DOCTOR IF YOU CAN. PLUS, her staffs are really rude and unreasonable.

Saw Dr. Nieves for the first time today and she seemed very caring and genuine. She was also very helpful and provided me with the resources I needed and answered all my questions. Very kind and knowledgeable doctor!

I've been seeing Dr. NIEVES & DR. MINESINGER for 11yrs. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2011 by a preferred rheumatologist All these years ive gone in with depression, weightgain, shoulder and joint pain migraines sleep issues, and with every visit a bandaid of treatments have been given. I finally went in after not working for 3weeks due to extreme fatigue, and pain asking for disability to be filed out. Now all of the sudden she has no idea what I've been talking about and a now thiers an interest of a treatment plan. I have great insurance, and these doctors both enjoyed when i was coming in frequently but when i actually needed them to work all hands up in the air! BEWARE.

Dr Nieves is one of those 1 in a million doctors who not only cares but knows what she is doing. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor. She gets my highest recommendation!

I had to see her since my doc was not in. Horrible experience! I had to go to the ER same day because she was no help and I was in pain. I am on antibiotics now. After my visit, there were 2 others in the hall speaking poorly about her. In the future, I smell a lawsuit! Avoid her, you will be left untreated!

After meeting with the Doctor for the first time , I saw that she really cared and knew what she was doing by how she started to take control of my many medical issues .
