Dr. Laura L. Pignotti

I am so happy I was told about Dr. Pignotti by a friend. I drive quite a bit to see her as my doctor, but it is so worth it! She and her office workers are so kind and caring! Dr. Pignotti has a great bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything to you as a patient! Thank you Dr. Pignotti and staff for all you do to help your patients! ????

She is an awesome doctor.. she delivered my daughter, as it was my first pregnancy so obviously i was nervous and terrified because all the suggestions and experiences of other women but dr Laura made it all very easy , as i had to go through an emergency c-section still i never ever felt any pain or complications or any discomfort,she has good bedside manner. I totally love her and highly recommend her to everyone.. she is the best

I am very pleased by my experience with Dr. Pignotti. She is a wonderful listener and understands how a mother-to-be concerns are impactful to the health of mother and baby. She listened when I knew something was not right with my pregnancy and overall ensured that myself and my daughter were able to have a successful pregnancy. I am very thankful for this experience. She made a potentially challenging and stressful end of pregnancy, more calming. My daughter is now 18 months and doing very well thanks to Dr. Pignotti. Thank you.

Seriously there's not enough words to describe this woman. She's awesome! She has now delivered both of my girls via C Section and she was so caring and informative throughout both pregnancies and deliveries. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

Dr Pignotti is one of the best OBGYNs in St Louis. She walked into the room to see me and was the most down to earth, friendly, nice, and easy to talk to doctor that I've ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and took time to sit down at her desk to talk to me about anything I needed help with and just my general life and well being. She thoroughly explained everything to me in terms I could understand, which has never happened before at any doctors visit I've had. I was blown away at how good of a doctor she is and I didn't have to wait at all. She got me in and out and I actually got to sit down in her office and talk to her before going to the medical room.

Dr. Laura is beyond amazing I am so glad I found her ! She makes you feel comfortable answers and all your questions . Laura makes herself svailable by phone and will answer questions help explain which was amazing for my first pregnancy . She delivered my daughter and made me feel at such ease and so encouraging through the whole delivery.

From the first time I met Dr. Laura I was hooked, I had to make her my Gyno! She brought my first child, my son into this world via C-Section, she made me very relaxed and the surgery went smoothley! She is so so nice, and their office staff is super nice as well. My prior gyno didn't even have an ultra sound machine in her office, she would always refer me to St. Anthony's, but Dr. Pignotti had all the equipment in her office so I wouldn't have to go anywhere else! If you are looking for a doctor that will listen and give you personal attention you have found her!

Dr. Pignotti is one of the most astute and caring physicians i have seen, wise beyond her years. She is an excellent listener and addressed all my concerns...really good at explaining complex medical issues in lay-terms. Thorough, genial, and a beyond reproach.
