Dr. Laurel Ann Campbell, MD

Let me just say I am highly disappointed with this place especially being my first time here. I gave this place 2 stars just because they took me in after being late even though I got lost cause I’m not familiar with the area. Anyway my appointment was at 2:30 I arrived at round 2:50 I think and been here looking at the clock 4:03 p.m and just getting to the back in a room. Now...these people knew they called the wrong person back cause a big man in his nurse uniform told me but yet he FAILED to do was right and send her back to the front like a honest and respectful dr would if they had any since and cared about they patients/customers cause that’s what we when we get a big freaking bill in the mail . I never had this happen to me and after today I most likely won’t ever come back here again. And another thing it’s highly unprofessional to call patients by they first name only cause like today he said he had 3 Jessica’s....if he had any common sense he would of said first and last… name like a professional dr would and as far as I’m concerned they were not being very professional at all. I did like the dr I saw though and she was wonderful and so nice and the nurse as well who was in the room so I thank them for having such a wonderful personality
