I walked in the office to make a new patient appointment and the lady in the front told me she would be right with me.... so a stood there thinking she would right with me.......she then told me to sit down and she would be right with me..... so 20 minutes went by mind you I work in the some building they do and I had to go back to work .... as a medical staff that I'am I belive in making eye contact with a paitent ... she didnt even ask why I was there or if I needed anything she really didnt say anything but to sit down.... she had no idea I was a new PT no idea why I was standing at her window because she didnt even ask what I needed or what she can help me with... I think that she should of took 1 min to ask what she can help me in and if she wasnt able to talk to me then told me to call or to have a seat while she did what ever she was doing in the cumputer! no good service I do not recomend this place at all ...

She has a friendly personality and very easy to talk to. Good sense of humor and bedside manner. She listens well. One of the best OB/GYNs I have been to!
